Building the Nation 2025 – Jaipur Chapter: Partner

In the heart of Rajasthan where tradition meets transformation, Building the Nation- Jaipur edition brought together an esteemed gathering of the channel partners, technology leaders and industry pioneers to unlock the potential of India’s thriving tier 2 and tier 3 markets.

Organised by Express Computer, in collaboration with Dell Technologies and Intel, this event was curated not just for knowledge sharing, but also to create opportunities for innovation and strategic growth for IT channel partners.

As India’s digital journey accelerates beyond metros, Jaipur stood tall as the ideal host city symbolising the rise of regional powerhouses driving digital transformation. The event highlighted actionable insights on leveraging emerging technologies to deliver smarter, scalable business solutions across key sectors like education, government, SMEs, and commercial enterprises.

The session was started by Praveen Kumar, Director & Founder, Qbic Catalyst Partners Pvt. Ltd. He emphasised the pivotal role of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in shaping India’s digital economy. With MSMEs contributing nearly 30% to India’s $4.5 trillion GDP and generating over 25 crore jobs, Dell has focused on the urgent need to reorient sales strategies beyond traditional large enterprise customers and to tap into this vast but underserved market segment.

For Dell, customer-centric innovation is a core principle, and the attendees were reminded that technology must empower people, not complicate their workflows. The brand continues to maintain leadership in reliability, manageability, and sustainability. Kumar outlined Dell’s advancements in AI PCs and customer support, explaining how the latest Pro, Pro Max, and Pro Essential devices—powered by NPUs (Neural Processing Units)—are purpose-built for AI-driven workloads.

Also the highlight was the new Dell Pro Essential series, which is business-ready and affordable, starting at ₹31,999. It is designed for everyday business needs. Despite its affordability, Essentials doesn’t compromise on performance. It offers robust security, Full HD+ displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio, up to 10 hours of battery life, and MIL-STD-810G military-grade durability, ideal for the Gen Z workforce and SMEs alike. Plus, it supports open standards, ensuring compatibility with all peripherals, monitors, headsets, and more.

The next session was led by Ashish Sethi, Partner Account Manager, Dell and Navjot Singh, Enterprise Account Manager, Dell. They highlighted the major advantages of Dell Technologies’ solutions, explaining how NPUs are redefining modern PCs. Unlike CPUs and GPUs, NPUs are specifically designed for AI workloads. With NPUs, devices process tasks locally, reducing latency, boosting performance, and enhancing security.

A key highlight of their session was the Dell Partner Incentive Program (RISE), designed to reward and motivate partners. This program simplifies processes by providing automatic point tracking, eliminating the need for manual reporting, and empowering partners to focus on growth.

Vikas Kshatriya, Zonal manager- North, Intel, provided a deep dive into the evolution of PCs from traditional computing devices to AI productivity engines. His session focused on the integration of NPUs in Intel’s latest Core Ultra series chips, enabling on-device AI processing—a significant shift from traditional cloud-based inferencing.

Intel introduced "TOPS" (Tera Operations Per Second) as a benchmark for NPU performance, with Essential AI PCs starting at 10-16 TOPS and High-Performance models exceeding 40 TOPS. Combining Windows 11 with NPUs forms the foundation for what Intel and Microsoft now define as an AI PC. Additionally, Intel introduced the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) program, which provides partners access to training, certifications, design support, and marketing tools. Through this platform, partners can earn Intel Points by purchasing eligible Intel-powered products from authorised distributors and redeem them for vouchers and other rewards.

Building the Nation– Jaipur edition was a powerful reminder that the future of India’s digital economy lies beyond its metros. With Dell and Intel equipping partners with the latest innovations from AI-ready PCs to eco-friendly packaging, the opportunity is immense for those ready to listen, adapt, and innovate.

The event saw strong participation from over 40+ regional partners, marked another strategic step in building a more inclusive, tech-empowered nation and it reaffirmed Dell and Intel’s joint commitment to partner success and customer-centric transformation.
